To use our Services, you must:

• Not be located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency services are prohibited

Antscoin provides:

• A decentralized mining platform using Proof of Balance (PoB) consensus

• ANTS token creation and distribution through mining

• Smart contract interactions on supported blockchains

• Governance participation for token holders

• Related tools, documentation, and community features

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time.

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights

• Use the Services for illegal activities including money laundering

• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or manipulate the platform

• Create multiple accounts to abuse rewards or governance

• Impersonate others or provide false information

• Use automated systems to interact with the Services without permission

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

• Engage in any activity that harms the platform or other users

Violation of these prohibitions may result in termination of access.

**Cryptocurrency Risks**: Digital assets are highly volatile and risky. You may lose all invested value. We are not responsible for any losses.

**Technical Risks**: Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities. The platform may experience downtime, errors, or attacks.

**Regulatory Risks**: Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction and may change. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.

**No Investment Advice**: Nothing on our platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Consult professionals before making decisions.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH USING OUR SERVICES.

• **Our Property**: The Antscoin name, logo, website design, and original content are our intellectual property or that of our licensors.

• **Open Source**: Smart contracts and certain code are open source under applicable licenses.

• **User Content**: You retain ownership of content you create but grant us a license to use it in connection with the Services.

• **Restrictions**: You may not use our intellectual property without written permission, except as allowed by open source licenses.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

• Our total liability is limited to $100 USD

• We are not responsible for losses due to your actions or third-party services

• We do not guarantee continuous, secure, or error-free operation

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Antscoin, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of any rights of another party

• Your violation of any applicable laws

This indemnification survives termination of these Terms.

• **Governing Law**: These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• **Dispute Resolution**: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore under SIAC rules.

• **Class Action Waiver**: You waive any right to bring claims as a class action or in a representative capacity.

• **Severability**: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

• We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for any reason

• You may stop using the Services at any time

• Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately

• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

Termination does not affect transactions already recorded on the blockchain.

• **Entire Agreement**: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Antscoin

• **Modifications**: We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updates

• **Assignment**: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent

• **Force Majeure**: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

• **Waiver**: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision
